We are Carla and Rocco, a young couple with a passion for good food. Our mutual experiences in the world of catering have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food. Our guests must feel at home, after an aperitif with homemade appetizers and a visit to our gardens, they will begin their cooking lesson at km 0, where they will discover the traditions and typical dishes of our family. They will enjoy lunch or dinner, sipping a good glass of wine. Our desserts, skillfully made following ancient family recipes, will close the meal previously made with your own hands, in the end there will be the Bè liqueur, a mix of citrus, spices and herbs from our garden. It will be a unique and rewarding experience. Our guests will be pampered and participate in unforgettable moments. Everything will be characterized by naturalness and spontaneity as in a large family.

Carla and Rocco were perfect hosts and made us feel at home and we all feel confident enough to make our own gnocchi which is a bonus!
An amazing experience with true Italian culture!! We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this cooking class if you’re visiting Praiano! We have already made some of the recipes since we’ve been home.
Cooking and dining experience
This popped up in our Instagram news feed suggestions, and we thought it would be something different to do while on holiday.
Rocco met our small group at the appointed time in downtown Praiano and led us back to his welcoming garden, which was to be the setting for our cooking and wine tasting experience. Here we were introduced to his wife Carla, and supplied with home made red wine to savour.
Both Rocco and Carla are passionate about cooking, and the use of locally sourced ingredients for their menus.
Our initiation was to prepare the ingredients for stuffed peppers, followed by the best technique and ingredients to make pasta from scratch.
Carla was very patient with our efforts, and Rocco was a very personable host.
The food tasted delicious and our dinner companions from Belgium made for a very enjoyable evening.
I would definitely recommend this experience if you find yourselves in Praiano or the vicinity.
We booked a taxi from our hotel (circa 20€) to make sure we arrived on time, but caught the local Praiano community bus back to our hotel for 1.20€ each.
This cooking class was amazing! We really had the best time and made some amazing food. Rocco and Carla are very sweet people with a lovely experience to offer. I personally don’t like eggplant but the stuffed eggplant we made was out of this world!! I would eat it every day. She shows you how to make 4 different styles of pasta. You can taste the freshness in every bite. It’s all picked and grown right from the garden where you take the class. My only advice is take a taxi or your rental car there. We took the bus and it was confusing to find. But they stayed in touch and met me right away when I shared my location. Don’t pass this authentic class up.
