Parco Nazionale del Vesuvio
Guidare fino a quota 1000 mt con il nostro pullman. Quindi cammina fino alla cima (20 minuti circa a tratta) per goderti la lezione di guida della guida alpina del cratere e guardare nel cratere. La vista dalla cima è incredibile!

Pretty good tour at Pompeii and Vesuvius

This tour was great. I would definitely recommend. Our tour guide Paula and our driver Julio were phenomenal. Julio was super skillful in getting us through the difficult roads while definitely keeping us safe and on time. Paula was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She had great insight on the area and was very cognizant of the time/schedule we were on. She was on point to ensure we had a great time and that we didnt miss our turn when standing in line in certain areas of Pompeii. (Because you know people love to cut in line and just ignore common courtesy).
The only downfall was the designated lunch stop. Myself and others in the tour thought there would be an alloted time to eat at a venue of our choosing in the area but instead the group was bused to have a prefix menu at a sole specific restaurant that was just not what guests wanted . The food was just ok and it didnt have an authentic italian feel but more of a touristy spot where the food choices served would be ok for tourist standards. The prices nor the choices were really explained to us.

Was an amazing trip. Alessandra is a wealth of knowledge and her experience really makes the trip worth it. She also goes above and beyond to ensure the guests are taken care of.
Excellent tour with amazing Guide and Driver

This tour was excellent! Our guide, Alessandra was wonderful and clearly passionate/knowledgeable about everything we saw in Pompeii. She was helpful and super energetic. Our driver, Claudio, was AMAZING and navigated the Amalfi roads safely and fast. It was a wonderful day with so much to see! The Vesuvius hike was strenuous but doable if you go slow!

A really well put together tour. Picked up outside my accommodation in Atrani, followed by a stunning bus trip along the Amalfi Coast to Pompeii. The tour of Pompeii was over 2 hours but absolutely flew by thanks to the great guided tour from Alessendra. She was an engaging and clearly passionate guide who knew her stuff inside out.
I also enjoyed the afternoon hike up to the crater at Vesuvius. It takes about half an hour to walk up at a steady pace with stops to catch your breath and take in the views. Recommend good shoes, a hat and water.
The activities were well timed with little waiting around. Make sure you have cash for lunch and also drinks and ice cream on Vesuvius as card terminals struggle to get signal to process transactions on the volcano.

Well thought out and planned. All went smoothly. It was fascinating. The transportation was comfortable and the tour guide was personable.
