We are Carla and Rocco, a young couple with a passion for good food. Our mutual experiences in the world of restaurans and hotels, have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food. Our guests must feel at home, after an aperitif with homemade appetizers and a visit to our gardens, they will begin their cooking lesson at km 0, where they will discover the traditions and typical dishes of our family. They will enjoy lunch or dinner, sipping a good glass of wine. Our desserts, skillfully made following ancient family recipes, will close the meal previously made with your own hands, in the end there will be the Bè liqueur, a mix of citrus, spices and herbs from our garden. It will be a unique and rewarding experience. Our guests will be pampered and participate in unforgettable moments. Everything will be characterized by naturalness and spontaneity as in a large family.

If you are visiting the Amalfi Coast you NEED to add this experience to your trip. It totally made our honeymoon! My husband and I recently did the pasta and tiramisu class hosted by Rocco and Carla and it was amazing. They were very friendly, hospitable hosts who took their time with us to go over the recipes, answer any questions we had and talk about life in this region of Italy. It was nice to take this class inside their home, they made us feel like family. At the end of the experience Rocco sent us photos and authentic recipes. 10/10 would recommend ❤️

I highly recommend Carla & Rocco's cooking class. They are so welcoming and lovely. We had so much fun learning to make pasta, drinking wine and learning about the local food.

This was one of our favorite things we did during our entire trip! My husband and I loved the fact that you were in such a authentic atmosphere. Rocco and Carla’s property is beautiful and all the ingredients are from right there. Such a fun experience away from tourists and great recipes!

We enjoyed learning to make some authentic Praiano dishes with Carla and Rocco! We also loved their wine -- I wish it were available in the US :)
Carla did a great job explaining all the different variations of pasta shapes that we could try. I wish we had been able to see some of the actual cooking -- we more did prep of stuffed peppers and the pasta, then it was cooked inside behind the scenes and served to us.
