Amazing!

This was one of the most enjoyable things we did on the Amalfi Coast. We arrived a little late and they were still so accommodating. The teaching was great, the food and wine were excellent and the atmosphere/food sharing was the best. Would recommend to everyone visiting Amalfi.

An incredible experience - the highlight our our trip to Italy!

This was so much more than a cooking class! Sylvio was very passionate about giving a glimpse into the authentic Italian experience and gathering together around the table. The garden is beautiful and overlooking the coast with an incredible view. We started by going through the garden and learning about the local vegetables and picking some that we would cook with later. Gianluca was a great chef and Angela was very helpful in showing us how to clean and prepare the food. We had four different appetizers and a main course and the wine was flowing. The food was delicious and I can't wait to make it at home, but the experience was even better than I could have imagined. This was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy and I highly recommend if you are going to be in the Amalfi coast.

People running this have a true passion for what they do. They are so attentive and allow you to learn so much. I love trying the different things in the garden. The flavors in Italy are so much more fresh and flavorful. Thank you for a wonderful time and treating us like family.

This was THE most entertaining and worthwhile experience during our Amalfi vacation. The setting was perfect from the views to the rustic kitchen and dining area. Silvio greeted was upon the steps to get to the farm. From that moment on we knew we were in for a grand time! The staff was friendly, engaging and professional. The experience was definitely "hands on" from gathering the vegetables, to cleaning and preparing them. The grouping was kept small to ensure a individual experience. We enjoyed this soooo very much. It was the best manner to experience the Amalfi Coast! It was so engaging, adored it!
