Somos Carla y Rocco, una pareja joven apasionada por la buena comida. Nuestras experiencias mutuas en el mundo de los restaurantes y hoteles, han dado vida a nuestro proyecto: combinar pasión gastronómica, tradiciones y comida genuina. Nuestros huéspedes deben sentirse como en casa, después de un aperitivo con aperitivos caseros y una visita a nuestros jardines, comenzarán su clase de cocina en el km 0, donde descubrirán las tradiciones y los platos típicos de nuestra familia. Disfrutarán del almuerzo o la cena, tomando una buena copa de vino. Nuestros postres, elaborados con destreza siguiendo antiguas recetas familiares, cerrarán la comida hecha previamente con sus propias manos, al final habrá el licor Bè, una mezcla de cítricos, especias y hierbas de nuestro jardín. Será una experiencia única y gratificante. Nuestros huéspedes serán mimados y participarán en momentos inolvidables. Todo se caracterizará por naturalidad y espontaneidad como en una familia numerosa.

One of the highlights of our trip! Relaxed and private setting overlooking the sea. Rocco and Carla are excellent hosts and teachers.

If you are visiting the Amalfi Coast you NEED to add this experience to your trip. It totally made our honeymoon! My husband and I recently did the pasta and tiramisu class hosted by Rocco and Carla and it was amazing. They were very friendly, hospitable hosts who took their time with us to go over the recipes, answer any questions we had and talk about life in this region of Italy. It was nice to take this class inside their home, they made us feel like family. At the end of the experience Rocco sent us photos and authentic recipes. 10/10 would recommend ❤️

I highly recommend Carla & Rocco's cooking class. They are so welcoming and lovely. We had so much fun learning to make pasta, drinking wine and learning about the local food.

This was one of our favorite things we did during our entire trip! My husband and I loved the fact that you were in such a authentic atmosphere. Rocco and Carla’s property is beautiful and all the ingredients are from right there. Such a fun experience away from tourists and great recipes!

We enjoyed learning to make some authentic Praiano dishes with Carla and Rocco! We also loved their wine -- I wish it were available in the US :)
Carla did a great job explaining all the different variations of pasta shapes that we could try. I wish we had been able to see some of the actual cooking -- we more did prep of stuffed peppers and the pasta, then it was cooked inside behind the scenes and served to us.
